I currently have the system set to support numerous departments. All departments except for our support team currently take the bank holiday off but there are routing changes needed for the support team as our offshore support take over during bank holidays.
I can not find any way to set a global holiday and still have granular control over the behaviour of individual DID's or IVR's without manually changing their behaviour each time.
