Valid annual license running 16.0.619 on Linux.

I can open a support ticket if there are no suggestions but I feel like I'm missing something.
I've recreated this issue on 2 different servers and got the same result.
1. On the SIP trunk that receives incoming calls, I've checked the "Play holiday prompt when it's a global holiday" box.
2. In Digital Receptionist > HOL Out of office IVR, I've set a sound file that announces the office is closed for the holiday and then if no input within seconds: 1 sends them to the normal IVR for outside business hours.
3. In Settings > Timezone & Office Hours Settings, I've configured a holiday as From 1 July 2020 To 15 July 2020 with no sound file.

When a call comes in, it is being directed to the IVR for outside business hours and not the HOL IVR.
I even tried adding the sound file to the scheduled holiday entry in settings but it doesn't play it there either, it just sends them on to the outside business hours IVR.
I took the sound file and set it for the outside business hours IVR and it plays there (just to verify there wasn't an issue with the sound file).

Is there something I'm forgetting?

**Also tried adding the sound file to the holiday in settings and unchecking the "Play holiday prompt..." under the SIP trunk. It still just directs straight to the outside business hours IVR.**

Is "set up specific office hours for this trunk" enabled?

if you go to terminal and type date and press enter does it show correct date and time?

Doing some test calls and see these lines in the verbose log:

07/01/2020 10:21:27 AM - [CM503012]: Inbound out-of-office hours rule (unnamed) for 10000 forwards to DN:801
07/01/2020 10:21:27 AM - [Flow] It is holiday today

So 3CX does recognize it is a holiday but instead of directing to HOL it is going to 801 (which is the outside business hours IVR)

wasn't it this instead of OH checked ?

Have you got a CID for the number you're calling from?

Inbound Rule (only 1 at the moment while I'm testing)

Strange I'm getting this on a 3rd 3CX server now. Has anyone else used the holiday prompt since the most recent update and can confirm it is working for them?

Works fine for me.

in your SIP trunk uncheck "play holiday..." press OK then re-enable it.

Failing that, maybe restart your PBX services.

::facepalm::
I knew I was missing something. I didn't have the "Play holiday prompt" box checked on the Inbound Rule for the DID.
I obviously didn't have that checked before and didn't have issues (or didn't know I had issues).
I thoughts that if checked at the SIP Trunk level it would take care of it.
But...now that I've checked the box in the DID's Inbound Rule, the prompt is played as expected.

I guess this makes sense having it set at the DID level if there is an Inbound Rule for the DID.

Thank you everyone for chiming in.
