Host your 3CX PBX on Microsoft Azure

For setting up 3CX PBX on Microsoft Azure, since I cannot change the name of the resource group, and I cannot move resources out of the resource group once the VM and other resources have been created by PBXExpress, is there any way that I can define the resource group name beforehand, instead of using the default "pbxexpress" as the resource group name?
