Hi Guys,

Strange one here.

Will make this brief. Seems inbound works flawlessly. However, outbound Dial of any number, Landline and Mobile causes a Forbidden by Administrator message.

I've set the Relevant countries (Restriction) I've sent No Restriction on (Allow Outbound).
I have set Outbound Rules. Setting the SIP as the Outbound.
Everything I try result's in the 603 Bounce. The inbound show on the the SIP Providers Call Log panel but the Outbound attempts don't. Only locally.

Seems I found one post on here with someone from the same Provider, but as you can see, that is from 2017 - https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/3cx-sip-help.51158/

I did follow this the best I could: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/sip-trunks/

Basic Error Message: [Not very specific I'm afraid]

And the Call Records showing the Inbound working Call but no trace of the Outbound Attempt.

Thanks Guys and Gals.

With a bit of fiddling around, I found that the IP 213.171.xxx.137 is that of your Provider and that you have put in the "Registrar" field most likely.

This message means that this IP (your Provider) responded with the error message 603.

I think the best course of action would be to reach out to then and ask them why they are responding with a 603.
Depending on what they tell you, we may be able to advise further.

Hi NickD, I super appreciate the quick response this!

The "Registrar" Field was replaced with the IP Address of the Hostname that they provided me

"contact-pro10.XX.XX" this resolved to "213.171.xxx.137"

Both the Hostname for the Reg Field and IP result in the 603.

Let me know if there is anything else i can provide that would make heads or tails of this.

Thanks Nick!

Well, in that case you should still contact them and ask why they are returning 603.

Before you do that though, I see you have set 0003*035 as the Main Trunk number. Haven't they given you some kind of main number? It usually is one of the DIDs they have given you. If they haven't specific a specific DID that you should use as the Main/Pilot number, you usually can use any of the DIDs they gave you.

If that doesn't bear any results though, you need to contact them and ask.

Hi Nick.

I have tried both the Ext (000XXXX) and one of my DID's. Sadly results in the 603.

I will Call them now and see what they can do for me.

EDIT: I have Sent a PCAP of the Traffic between the Instance and the Endpoint, so we shall see what Data is being Sent and why im getting the 603. Will check back with Resolve [If any]. This will help anyone else looking if they run into the same issues.

Appreciate the Responses on this.

Needs to be changed to "AuthID" in the Userpart.

There was however, some changes out of my control completed internally at Hostcomm.

This issue is now Resolved.

Thanks Kindly,
