Solved Hosted 3cx terminal commands

Is there any way to access terminal commands on the hosted by 3cx servers? Or is there something in the portal that will let me ping or tracert to test the connection between the hosted server and my sip trunk? My sip provider is asking for troubleshooting purposes.

@advantec ssh or terminal commands are not possible on a Hosted by 3cx PBX.
Now you can run Wireshark from the Management Console >> Dashboard >> Activity and there you can tshoot any issue you have with any external entity like your provider.
Or you may setup the PBX in Verbose mode, and check the logs in Activity Log.
