Solved Hosted instance is not responding

Hi, one of the hosted instance in canada with 3cx.ca domain is not working. Subscription is valid till July 7 2026. Is there any issue in 3CX hosting in the region?

We can confirm that your machine is currently down due to an issue with the HyperVisor on the hosting provider’s side. We have already escalated this to the provider and are awaiting their investigation and feedback.

The hosting provider confirmed last night that the issue was resolved and the machine is online. We can see that the machine has been stopped from your side via the 3CX Portal. Please log back into the portal and start the machine to bring it online.
