Solved Hosted instances down?

I've got 3 GB customers using Hosted by 3CX and they are all without phone services ands have been for well over an hour. I'm unable to connect to the xxxx.3cx.co.uk portals - Chrome and Edge browsers give "connection timed out" error.

Is there an ongoing issue with the Hosted service?

@richards please PM me with an FQDN and a key that has the issue.

UK is up and running without any issues.

@richards as per your PM, your PBX is on Premise and not hosted by 3cx.
Please check your infrastructure as from our side we have correctly specified the A Record on our Public DNS Servers for your FQDN.

Yes, apologies for my mistake. The problem was with an ISP datacentre.
