Solved Hosted PBX that ran and now is parked and can't be restarted because it asks to "install"

Everything was working fine until two days, I discovered 3cx hosted system was Parked and wanted "install" when the subscription is not expired. I could not changed the system status either restart, shutdown, or any other options which was grey out.

Is there something I need to do on my end? Thanks in advance....!

Hi there,

if you click the 'Parked' hyperlink, can you see the option to unpark from the drop-down menu but it's greyed out? Also, can you clarify if the hosting maintenance is not expired either?

Thank you for replying. The drop down menu is all greyed out. All of the options are not available to select. I don't believe the hosting maintenance is expired, because I can still add more to the hosting service. Where would I go to check the hosting maintenance? Thanks in advance...!

@huangallen I have discussed this internally with the appropriate Team and since the machine was stopped due to inactivity and having a Free key, the admin of the PBX was notified via emai ( and this was ignored ) and no action was taken, the Hosting Period of this key is no longer available for Free.
If you still wish to continue hosting with 3CX, there are 2 options :
1) upgrade your key to Commercial with Hosting
2) upgrade your Hosting only and keep your key as it is.
