Hi, today I created a hosted PRO trial twice (first FQDN deleted and recreated: current one is XXXX-XXXXX.3cx.ch. Both times the "Creating your system" wizard stayed stuck on the first step "Launching" until the countdown reached 0:00 and never advanced (tried Safari and Chrome, window kept open and untouched).
The instance itself comes up (web client login page loads, XAPI answers 401), and the portal shows it as Running. But the system owner login (as per the welcome email) is rejected with "Incorrect username or password", and "Forgot password" never sends any email (checked spam; the address receives all other 3CX emails fine). It looks like the "Configuring 3CX" step that provisions the owner user never ran.
Could you either complete the provisioning / recreate the owner user for XXXXX-XXXXX.3cx.ch, or tell me how to trigger it myself? Thanks!
