On a 3CX hosted PBX recently upgraded to v20, callers are no longer able to hear audio after a call has been parked and subsequently picked up again (users can still hear the caller). The initial call audio works both ways prior to the call being parked. Callers can however, hear the hold music while parked. The office has 5 Grandstream GXP1625/1630 phones and an SBC. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot/resolve this issue?

Internal calls also?

Yes, internal calls also. So far I've tried, restarting all 3CX services multiple times, restarting the SBC, restarting the phones, factory resetting & re-provisioning the phones, but the issue remains.

I'd try toggling the reinvites option on either the trunk or the extension

Where do I do this in the new dashboard? Also, transferring calls results in the same audio issue. Placing a call on hold and then picking it up again is working though.

After checking, I don't see those options in v20 exposed in the UI anymore. Sorry, I was in v18 mode when I made my post.

Still having this issue after upgrading to the the most recent version. Anyone have any ideas?

What is the firmware version of the Grandstream phones?

Is the any SIP ALG on your network?

SIP ALG was already disabled and I have now disabled H.323 as well. Will test again tomorrow.
Unfortunately the issue persists.

I would suggest that you first contact with your partner and if required to create a Support Ticket to check.
