I originally posted this on Reddit but its a bit of an odd one.

Our Demo 3cx (hosted on Azure if it matters) instance was shut down during various lock downs to save resources/costs.

We now want to reuse the demo instance, we can access the public IP and log in, but a lot of features and notifications dont work, becuase the FQDN has been released (im presuming)

I logged into customer.3cx.com (we are a partner) to check the license information, found the email it was setup with ( [email protected] )

I reset the password for that email and logged into the customer portal.

I now see a different customer instance from when we first started setting up 3cx as a partner. and no option to switch to the demo instance.

Its a bit of a mess and im not sure what can be done to fix it.

The license is one of our NFR keys and i'd like to keep using it, there is of course nothing stopping me from creating another trial license and going from there. If anyone has any suggestions?

Thanks

@bobmanuk can you PM me the key that has this issue to check it ?

I think I managed to sort it myself. I noticed that the deployment type was "Not Deployed" I also didn't notice that there is a slider along the bottom that when moved over to the right, I see the option to "Self Host" setup another Azure instance, and then remove the old static IP instance from Azure.
