3CX version 20 Latest
Debian latest.

I have 12 devices configured with Hot Desking.
When a user enters the password wrong, how do I unlock him so he can try again?
Also, how do you increase the number of attempts?

I tried to find some information but couldn't.

TIA

Timeout is 10 minutes and I dont believe its possible without restarting 3cx.

Thank you for getting back to me.
The Hot Desking is a great feature, but like we do for Windows users, if they lock out we quickly unlock them.
I wish there would be more control though.

These are not documented, but you can check them from the 3CX Console > Settings > Parameters.

For DN properties, you will need to set the property DEVELOPMENT_DNTABLE_EXPOSE to 1, and then this section from the console will also show you the DN properties.

This will give you DN Properties under Parameters. You could change PINPROTECTEDUNLOCKTIMEOUT from 10 minutes to 3 if you wished..

Thank you, that will help.
