Hot-Desking Login Buttons

Is there a way to customize a hot-des phone's BLFs so that they display the names of the users and dial *77*ext* for them, so that the only thing they need to dial is their PIN? It would seem like a basic feature but I can't see if it's available or not.

Hi Frank,

We don't provide a way to customize that, so what you see is what you get.

The custom templates do not apply to Hot Desking so that would not help either in this case.

Bummer. It should become a standard feature. when the phone is logged out, the BLF buttons should show the names of the users who can log in and predial *77*ext* for them.

That would be a security risk and a privacy issue as well.

It should be fine in an office, particularly if they have to dial their PIN number anyway. With all other 3CX phones in the same office, users can just walk to them and make calls from any other extension anyway.
