I hope this is a quick fix!
We are running hosted by 3CX ver 18 Update 8 Build 887. Handsets are Yealink T53W with a SBC running on a server. Everything has been working fine in relation to hotdesking for months. Today we have an issue where the hotdesk users put in there user id and pin, the system accepts it and says " your phone will be reset to your account " as expected. However, nothing happens. The phone doesn't re-provision, no light flashing. However, if we re-boot the phone it then provisions as the user.
Same thing in reverse, only re-booting will the phone show logged out or the HD number.
Defaulting the phone results in the handset unable to be assigned as a hotdesk, just shows No service and a re-boot doesn't resolve it.
We don't control the network/firewall and we have had issues in the past with this so just wondering if its a network issue or if anyone has had similar issues.
EDIT: standard provisioning via the web client is now not working either, leaning towards network.
