Hotdesking: autologout at night, login with Voicemail disabled?

Version 15.5, Yeallink T58
I would like to use hotdesking, however, it seems users can only login if voicemail is enabled. If I disable voicemail there is a message about extension not found and the login process terminates.
Also, is it possible to logout a user at a schedule during the night?

The documentation says hotdesking will not work with the windows client, but I found no problems, I can dial a number, and the software picks up the extension. What are the possible problems I have to expect?

followup: I tried again today. Hotdesking works fine without voicemail enabled. Don't know what happened when I tried yesterday, I tried twice. Still the question of an auto logout.

Glad to see hotdesking login works now. Regarding the auto log out question please note that this is not available at the moment. Users need to log out manually at the end of the day if you want the phones to be available the next day. Additionally you can create a feature request on or ideas section of the forum.

This is related to CTI and the need for phones to have line buttons in the first keys. Since the logout button is configured as the first key, then once a call is initiated from the windows client to the phone the phone will logout.
Are your phones using Make Call by any chance?

I did not setup line keys, also, I did not see the necessity to setup one. So, this works for me only accidentally. The T58 Phones do not use MakeCall.
Why do I need the line key as the first key? The line is shown in the upper left of the phone.
