Hello Everyone,
we just switched our pbx from v15.5 on windows to a newly installed instance on version v16 on linux running under hyper-v. Everything was working fine before.
After we switched to v16 I've noticed that after logging in on hotdesking-enabled phones via 77###* the announcement tells me the login was successful, but it takes about 5 to 10 minutes until the changes take effect and the BLFs are set to the users configuration. The same issue happens when logging out (775*) from the device.
There is always the correct state (logged in / logged out) shown in the admin webinterface of the pbx. All other functions on the phone like incoming or outgoing calls are working fine.
First I tried to resolve this problem by restarting the pbx, the phones and the networking hardware with any success. All services on pbx are running fine.
I tried to reprovision the phones and noticed that provisioning by Plug-and-Play is not working. When entering the provisioning url directly into the phone it is setting up correctly.
The phones are located in the same subnet as the pbx and connected via a network switch.
PBX: 3CX 16.0.2.910 (Linux) running as VM under Hyper-V
Phones: Yealink T46S
