I have a customer with a few sites and they are having issues with some phones behind an SBC mainly at 1 site. They are using Yealink T46S phones.
The issue they have is not being able to log in, despite getting the recorded message stating they are being logged in. When this issue happens the IP of the phone shows as the internal IP only and doesnt show it is registered behind the SBC although it is, the MAC address also changes to lowercase and I am unable to reprovision or reboot the phone as it is greyed out.

We have replaced the SBC and the issue is still happening. A factory reset of the handset will normally fix it for a couple of days but even the handsets we have replaced with new ones continue to have this issue.
If somebody is already logged in they will be unable to access the directory if this happens and it will say it has failed to connect.
Any ideas?
