Solved Hotel/Door Phone

I am adding a hotel/door phone to a waiting room [Fanvil H2U]. I would like the phone to dial a specific extension when the handset is picked up. Is this a phone feature or a 3CX feature/setting and where would I create this setting?

This cannot be configured from the PBX.
Maybe this can be done with a custom template however this has to be clarified with Fanvil.

I can confirm that this works through the web phone GUI settings and does not need a template.
