Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question.

I manage maybe a dozen 3CX installs but haven't done hotel PMS integration before. I have a potential client who wants this service, so I'm exploring it for the first time. In reading the documentation I'm getting a little confused about the protocols used. I think I'm getting hung up on the Mitel name since a lot of the systems I've replaced with 3CX have been Mitel. Does using the Mitel SX2000 PMS integration require any Mitel hardware or is that just the name of the protocol? Is there a place I can find a list of PMSes that would be supported, how do I know if they'd be Mitel or Fidelio? This particular client uses Hilton's OnQ PMS.

I'd appreciate any help with this. Thanks

You don't need any Mitel hardware. The Mitel SX2000 is one of the protocols implemented by 3CX. The other one is Fidelio (FIAS). I'm not sure which interface this particular hotel requires, but if they support Mitel SX2000 or Fidelio (FIAS) then the integration will work.
