Hello,

Our set up:

We have 2 3cx servers (master and a slave) these are both in the google cloud platform and are virtual Linux machines. The configuration for the slave is taken directly from that of the master. (restored from a backup)

When do a failover procedure, internal calls and external calls all work fine, the SBC fails over brilliantly. However, we have a hotline which when you ring should give options to the customer and then direct them to a relevant member of the team.

The issue:

This works fine on the master however, when we move over to the slave if you dial the DDI externally or call the hotline extension the call auto answers and is silent to the caller.

Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you.

Check your MOH, it may be empty. I have seen this before, sometimes the restore does not bring over the MOH settings.

Yes the MOH settings appear to be identical

Is this an IVR or Queue? If it is a queue are your agents logged in?

It is a queue, but it just hosts a custom voice app, which should then send the customer to the relivent queue. This has not been implimented as an IVR as we cannot make API calls to an IVR.

maybe the files are missing for your app, try to upload your app on the backup server, that is all I can think of.

We know that no files are missing, the server is an exact replica

I am all out of ideas, sorry
