Hotlines dial codes ignored

Hi,
I have an installation where I can dial a hotline. It connects but if I try to enter any number to pass a queue the digits entered are ignored. I don't see an option or anything in the log. Is someone able to point me into the right direction please.

Sorry, need a little more info as you are not telling us if you have a 3CX site that tries to dial out to a queue at another location or if someone is dialing in and getting to a queue and cannot get it to respond.

I assume the first, in which case, change the DTMF format to inband on the device that is used to dial out and then try.

Yes, you are right. I'm dialing out and the queue at the other side doesn't react to my pressed numbers.
Do you know where I change the DTMF format

What type of trunking, and what make of set(s), are you using?
