Hi developers, how about the 3CX multi tenant feature? Such as the brekeke pbx, portsip pbx, vodia pbx with the multi tenant support?
We would like to host the virtual pbx service in the cloud, this requires the multi tenant support and high performance to support large simultaneous calls.

IMO this is not a 3CX priority, they surely don't want to sell only one license for numerous virtual pbx resell, or they need to sell this especially compared to existing versions.

Or the actual PBX is absolutely not designed to be multi-tenant and that would be too much work to change.

Either way, i wouldn't have much hope this to be in 3CX near future

IMO, an independent PBX per company is better for security and management.

Multi-tenant is not always the ONLY way, which I feel it is with some other competitors.

I think they were more concerned about how easy it would be to down all tenants in one go should the worse happen. Or thats the impression I got from a trainer when it was discussed.

Multi tenant is an out of date system. Just like you dont run hundreds of websites on one web server anymore either because one might affect the other due to different scripts, apps, usage patterns. On the other hand, google and co with technology such as docker/kubernetes are making it much easier to have multiple instances without the operating system overhead. With our instance manager you can easily manage many 3CX instances. This is the future for 3CX.

Will 3CX develop a Docker/Kubernetes version? This way we could have "sorta" multi tenant on 1 server but with independent containers.

I would see this as a win-win.

Understand, but in the cloud environment, for the UCaaS, I think the multi-tenant is appropriate, likes fuze.com, dialpad.com, broadsoft.com.

The docker a good way to solve that, but not easy to manage if the multi-tenant more than 100 or 1000.
When will 3CX have an official docker image? Does this one(https://hub.docker.com/r/farfui/3cx ) is built by 3CX?

Does 3CX have a near plan to do that?
