How can I configure my Yealink used at home

Hi;
I took my company Yealink phone home for configuration test, how can I make it to work through my home LAN to office 3CX? I enter the public ip address to the SIP server field but the registration failed.

You have to re-provision to Direct SIP Stun, you cant just swap that piece in most cases. Also make sure the extension allows from outside the lan on its settings.

you setup the phone as Remote phones: Provision via RPS server

Choices are 1) STUN (as mentioned above) or 2) SBC.
In both cases you or someone will need access to make changes in the 3CX Management Console.

Why not using App or Webclient or Windows client ? this is done in a minute without pain

Thank you for all response, I will try to look at the STUN setup. Actually, we deployed 3CX app for end users, just in case; if some user need extra option, I need get it ready.
