how can i show on phone screen the string "support" before the name of the caller when phone rings?

i want to know, how i can put the string "support" before name of the caller on the screen phone.

Unfortunately the CFD can't change the display name. Currently there is no way to achieve this.

If you routing calls to a support Queue that will prefix the incoming call. Is that an option for you?
