How do I determine if an IP phone is registered?

I feel like this should be obvious but confused. If I have a user that sets calls to ring on their cell at the same time, then it always shows green even if their IP phone is offline. Just wondering how to check if their IP phone is actually registered or not?

In addition you could log into phone and look there.

All registered devices are displayed under the Phones section of the PBX. Since the option "Ring my mobile simultaneously" is enabled the extension will remain registered so that the mobile device can receive calls even if the IP phone is un-registered.
