Solved How do I disable incoming calls?

I'm looking at how to disable an extension from receiving calls. This phone will be set up for special purposes. Students will be using this phone to make calls to their parents; however, we do not want this phone to receive any calls back. How would I go about doing this through 3CX.

A couple thoughts...
- Change its status to DND and "If I am busy or my phone is unregistered, forward calls to:" End Call
- In case someone figures out how to change status, set "If I do not answer calls within:" to 1 second. Not sure offhand if 0 seconds is an option.

What @SteveITS said should work just fine but you could also just add an "Exception" under the extension's forwarding rules and configure it like this:



This will catch all incoming calls and end them. Plus, it triggers regardless of which Profile Status you're set to so you won't have to worry about that either.

Thank you for the replies. I ended up going with Chris's idea as it required fewer settings, and it worked.
