I use SmarterTrack Help Desk System, there is a webservice that can do a POST with the phone number to generate a service ticket.

How do I make a POST 3CX data in my webservice ?

3CX is possible to do a post data on my webservices and talk to the person a ticket number from this web services?

3CX is my version 8.x

I do not use softphone, I use Cisco 7960G in all extensions.
