Hello,
We are working on a CRM template for a custom CRM implementation. So far everything has been easy to do - call lookups, call creation went off without a hitch. However, we are now on the last leg of the template and have run into a brick wall. How do we properly test call journaling?

We have everything setup as it should be in the CRM template. The template is uploaded to CRM Integrations. Whenever we click the test button and enter a phone number (this is how we tested and debugged the first two legs) it runs through the lookup and the contact creation scenarios, but even though we have call journaling enabled, it simply doesn't run that scenario.

Can anyone tell me how to get this to work through the "test" button, or if it doesnt work that way - a proper procedure to test and debug call journaling?

Thanks in advance.

You can test this from the CRM Template tool, right clicking the "Parameter Values" node and executing the call journaling from there.

It's not possible to test this from the console. In that case you need to make a real call, and check the 3cxSystemService.log file (previously enabling verbose logs).
