How do I put Music on when ringing to a Group

Hi, I am new to 3cx. I have set it up on two sites.

In the first site, when a call comes in, they are put to a digital receptionist, which then send it through to a ring group - while it is at the ring group, the on hold music plays in the background.

I then set 3cx on another site, but for some reason when the call goes from the digital receptionist to the ring group, no music plays in the background. I have looked for settings everywhere and cannot figure out how to enable this...

any help would be appreciated!
