How do I revert to 15.5 or tell me how to get v16 call flow designer and where to upload on v16

I have a customer who uses voice apps. He has a Google cloud-based PBX. How do I revert it back to 15.5 from an auto-update to 16 so his voiceapp works? If you can't do that you can also tell me where to get the new call flow designer and where to upload its scripts to.

To revert you'd have to uninstall and then restore your backup. You will also likely need to talk to a 3CX partner or 3CX directly because the licenses typically won't 'downgrade'

CFD for version 16 is not available , will be a upgrade later after the release of 16

Is there any Release Plan, because with upgrade or auto update all Call Flows are killed when used v16. Thats a nice said not so good situation for Costumers.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. 3CX has been stating for months that call flows as they existing in v15.5 would go away in v16. So as long as you don't upgrade your customers (or have auto-upgrade on) this is perfectly fine for customers. Your problems won't come until the next version when they stop supporting v15.5 . By then hopefully you have a plan on how to migrate them to the new CFD

Hi, I have the same problem. I tried to Uninstall but when I try ro reinstall with the Offical ISO it prompt me only V16.0.X. How can I install V15 again?

can i restore v16 backup in 3CX system v15?

Typically you can't restore newer backups to older versions. Hopefully you have a v15 backup lying around.
