How does v15 provision Cisco SPA?

I've been having trouble with provisioning my SPA514g phones on 7.6.1. In v14, the system created XML files in the provisioning folder for each MAC address, but it doesn't seem to be the case anymore. The XML files left over from 14 aren't getting updated when I make changes to the extensions and removing them doesn't do anything. The phones are still getting provisioned from somewhere.

Same issue here. unable to proceed with a v15 upgrade as the phones will not connect to the https: site for provisioning. What happened to the mechanism?

What method are you using to provision, Option 66? I have my Option 66 set to http instead of https and they get provisioned.
