How enable notify when Rining Option, on CRm integeration

CRM integeration option - "3cx automatically open contact url when crm integration is enabled " is working fine and it opening contact URL on Connected. here my requirnment is i need to open Contact URL immidiately upon recieving call, and i understand "Auto Launch Custom Configuration" is avalable. But i need to open on with option "3cx automatically open contact url when crm integration is enabled ", any suggestions?

Unfortunately this is not possible, the popup will be launched always on call connected. You can manually click the contact card icon, in order to launch it manually as soon as you receive the call.
