Solved How I can pick an an other extension call, when an user a busy.?

Hi i configured some extensions using 3cx in my office. For example i using extension 101. suddenly a call came to another extension 102 (which is my colleague extension number). How i can pick up that call from my extension 101 without going there ? Is this possible in 3cx?

You can use the pickup a call dialcode for this.



You can also do so from the Panel in the Web Client.

To pick up a call, ringing on extension 102, pick up your phone and dial *20*102

@leejor is right, to expand on my last line of my response, you can grant the extension the "perform operations" right, which will allow them to pick up calls via the Panel in the Web Client / Desktop App by right-clicking on the call:
