I have last version of 3cx , i have 3 menu for incoming call.

1 commercial , 2 support , 3 other...

How i can to reject mobile phone only for Sub-Menu 2 support.. ?
i should when user press button "2" a mp3 play "No Mobile Phone - call 111 22222 3333".

How do you know it is a mobile phone? Do they have special area codes?

If so then you can set up a dummy extension for menu2 . Forward the menu 2 to this dummy extension which forwards calls to where you really wanted menu 2 to go to. Then for that extension also put in the execption rules. In those rules, make a rule with the mobile phone prefix and send it to another digital assistant with a wav file to give the message you want then end the call.
