How long does " login access denied" stay in effect?

I am trying to login to the admin console but am getting "login access denied", I can login to the webclient. How long does this lockout stay in effect?

I’d expect if your IP is blocked you can’t use either. Does the server have console (IP) restrictions?

That is why I mentioned that I could login to the webclient. Also same issue with using a local IP on the network.

V18 or V20? V20 doesnt have a admin console.

Than you should be able to login by local ip, that is never blocked. Your local ip is RFC conform?

It stays for 24 hours.

You can access via another ip to unblock it earlier.

Thanks for the answer. Yes, have tried different a IP and waited 24 hours. This is not a blacklisted IP message I'm getting.

You mentioned you can log into the webclient correct? But not admin console. Can you please clarify where your are logging into and what are you using? in the way of the email or extension number?

Additionally, what is the error you see, a screenshot would help please.
