How to accept DID incoming calls

Hi:

I am using one Quintum DX2030 as gateway for one E1 Trunk to PSTN.

The gateway is registered at 3 CX with extension 22908, so any incoming call to Gateway, it sends it to 3CX, but 3CX rejects this call as: 403 Forbideen

I this case 3205 is the number of one registered an active 3CX extension.

I need to know how configure DID in order this incoming call can be sent to the right extension.

I suppose that 3CX is not able to regconize the "From: <sip:[email protected]>;tag=a282bf2-55"; where 3174248199 is the caller ID of the phone is calling to gateway thru PSTN.

I will appreciate any help.
