How to add extension to programmable buttons on SNOM 760?

We had 8 Snom 760 phones, and we just added a 9th. The Snom phone has 12 programmable buttons in the middle of it. Right now, 8 of these are set to call the extension of the other users.
I'm new to this, and I'm not sure how this feature was setup. How can I set the 9th person's extension on the 8 other phones? Is this setup from the 3CX console?

Presuming they were done via provisioning, then in the 3cx Phone System Management console, navigate to Extensions , select the 8 extensions (ctrl key, or shift, if they are all in sequence), choose edit, go to "phone provisioning" and add the BLF for the new extension. You might have to reboot the phone for it to pick up the provisioning change. You can do that en mass by using the "Phones" link on the management console.

I do recommend looking at one of the existing extensions first to understand the setup and see exactly how they were done, but this should get you there.
