Hi,
We are receiving many calls from different numbers and IP's that show a caller name field of "Unavailable". These calls do not appear the same as "anonymous" calls do either. I will provide screenshots below showing the difference. We have used many different CID Blacklist rules to try and stop these calls; however, none of them work to stop the calls. Some of these rules include entries to block "unavailable", "Unavailable", and "*navailable".
I believe these rules don't work to block the caller ID because the text unavailable doesn't appear where the normal number would actually appear as it does with "anonymous" calls. Instead it appears outside of the number and the number still appears. The screenshots below should clarify the difference we're seeing in how these "Unavailable" calls come through. Please let me know how we can block these kinds of calls as normal CID Blacklist rules don't seem the do the trick.
Normal Call:

Unavailable Call:

Anynoymous Call:

Thank you and let me know if y'all need anymore information.
