how to change dns primary in debian 10?

Iam receiving this information when I try to active my license: Unable to reach 3CX License Server. Confirm that your Primary DNS Server is able to resolve activation.3cx.com.

I just read from others similares posts and the solution is to change the primary dns server to dns of google(ex.: 8.8.8.8) and remove others.
I would like to know the exacts comands to do that.

obs: my primary dns server is local server and the second is 8.8.8.8

If you continue to face issues even after changing the 3CX Host's primary DNS server please do let us know as there are other factors that come into play as well such as the 3CX PBX version, network restrictions, firewall configuration, etc.
