How to change text colour on Polycom VVX410 / VVX411

We have changed the background of the display on one of these Polycom phones to be white at the request of a customer, however we would therefore like the text displayed to be black so we can read it! Does anyone know if this can be done please?

Hi @sditn,

While we don't offer this customization as what was created with Polycom doesn't have any text customization options, you may want to investigate custom templates to see if you can edit the text colour there. While it's unsupported, you may be able to manage but I can't confirm that it will.

Also remember that you can post on the Polycom forum for confirmation before deep diving into custom templates.

Thanks for your help. For now I think we'll go back to a dark background and revisit this another day.
