How to change variable %%MEETINGTITLE%%

Hi;

While sending an invitation of webmeeting through email, the system sent an email with subject "You are invited to join MyMeeting", The wording "MyMeeting" is controlled by the variable %%MEETINGTITLE%%.

Can someone know, where can I point the variable %%MEETINGTITLE%% to another wording like "My Company Webmeeting" something like that? In this case, I do not need to change heading from the original template.

I believed that currently, the system is mapping the variable %%MEETINGTITLE%% to the word " MyMeeting" somewhere else in system. Where can I rename "MyMeeting" to fit what I want?

I understand that I can directly change the Subject line in template from "You are invited to join %%MEETINGTITLE%%" to "You are invited to join My Company Webmeeting" but I want to find out if there is another way to do it.

I would assume the variable is being pulled from the meeting title as it would suggest. Have you tried changing the title of the meeting? Not all methods of meeting creation allow it so MyMeeting may be the default when no title is provided.

Yes, you are right, this is pulled from the meeting title while it is entered at "Schedule Meeting" feature. But if it is a quick meeting, I do not know where to enter the meeting title.

So if the meeting needs to be quick, guess what, the title is filled out for you already. That makes it that much faster!

3CX finally has the possibility to make custom mail templates for every conference/meeting mails that are sent to customers/participants (I think it came with v16 Update 2), which we really appreciate. EXCEPT one template is unfortunately still not customizable: Quick Meeting Invitations

I hope it will come in the future. I really like 3CX (especially considering the price/features ratio), but sometimes I don't get their Change Management. Why stop at 99% and not go the full 100% when implementing stuff like custom mail templates?
