How to Change Video Resolution

Hi,

The video resolution when performing a video call from one web client to another (direct call from one extension to another extension) is 640 x 480. Is there a way to change this setting? We require the video resolution to be at least 1280 x 720 when performing a direct call. I looked through the forums but didn't find any solution.

Could someone help me with this?

He meant video calls in the Webclient/DesktopApp. Not WebMeeting.

As @ConceptsWeb mentioned above, I am referring to the 3CX Webclient/DesktopApp, not the 3CX Meet.

Based on the lack of response, would I be right to assume that the 3CX app is only capable of doing SD calls, not HD?

We dont use Video Calls and none of ouer customers... Maybe someone else can say something about this.
