How to choose Outbound Rules before making call

I wonder how to select the outbound rules before making a phone call. For example, I need 2 different rules for the same extension to make calls from 2 different DIDs.

Note that outbound rules cannot be selected on demand. They depends on the restrictions that you have assigned on each rule and also on the order list. The best solution though is the prefix which will allow you to select the appropriate rule.
