How to clearly see a live chat against an internal chat

Hi,

Can live chat messages either say live chat on them or prepend with something?

If someone was able to put in the right details and get transferred to a finance team member, it’s only seeing the little blue icon to say it’s a live chat. We need this to be much clearer.

Any options?

At present there is no other way to prepend anything specific to them as the icons have until now proved sufficient. I would suggest posting this as a feature request to the Ideas forum.
