How to conference with 3CXPhone or Assistant

I've been testing a setup that primarily uses the 3CXPhone and the call assistant and was trying to do a three-way conference call. I couldn't find anything in the manuals that showed how to do a three-way call. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

Sometimes it is nice to be able to bring in a third person to the call to answer a customers question without transferring the call.

There's no way to currently do 3 Way Calls the way you want them to.
The only way to do that is for all 3 Parties to call 700 which is the conferencing extension and create a new conferencing room.

Though we are planning to add Conferencing Options in the Assistant in Version 9 to make Call conferencing easier.
