How to configure 3cx to accept UPDATE SDP message from carrier?

I see on the logs that if my sip trunk carrier sends UPDATE SDP message to 3cx, 3cx will send 500 internal server error.
How to configure 3cx to accept UPDATE SDP message from carrier?

The solution was to send the support files (not just a wireshark trace) to support, basically the 3cx should handle UPDATE messages so there seems to be something wroing with your 3CX

Yes, It's tested.
The incoming calls with no update message work fine but, the issue occurred when an update message comes in the call.
