How to configure VOIP client for offsite use.

What is the easiest way to configure the client to work offsite? I have the ports that are recommended to opened up in the router. I am using build 4492. I'm new to this IP-PBX, but I think it's awesome so far and having fun jumping into it and getting it up and running for our business. Thanks for the help.

You will most likely need to do a connection using the 3CX tunnel, here's some information on it.
