First of all thank you everyone who give there valueable suggestions on this forum and help me so many time when ever i faced technical problem .thank you again
This is first time im writing in this forum
We are using licenced version of 3CX since 2007 and very happy with them.
At present we are using soft phones of eye beam in our office but there is so much voice cracking and so many other problems we are facing with soft phones
We planing to shift to Hard Analog phone with help of Voip gateway.

As per my research i found out that the best one is Audiocode Mp118 which suite to our small office and also with in budget as well
But im bit confuse with the FXO and FXS
There are two type of Audiocode Mp118 availiable in the market one is FXO and other is FXS
... So my question is which one shall i purchase FXO or FXS
And can u recomend any good Analog phones for small back office purpose with which we can connect headsets
...
