How to connect Predictive dialer with 3CX

is that possible if yes which dialers we can use

I assume that it is an analogue device designed to be use on a POTS line. In this case you would have to use it with an ATA (analogue telephone adapter), which would give you dialtone and allows a standard phone to be used with a VoIP system.

With an ATA adapter you can use ANY dialer that you would use with a regular POTS telephone line.

If you are looking for an actual predictive dialer, then through the API you currently won't succeed. My guess is that you have the most success with a SIP based predictive dialer. Running that through google should give you a lot of hits. Sorry to say that I don't have any experience with them.
