How to create new entries into phone book?

Hello to all,
Just installed 3CXPhone and trying to figure out how it operates.
If I am not missing something I can not see how could be created new entries into the phone book.

OK I figured this out. But now how the entries can be removed.
When entry is clicked on it starts calling. Doesn't remove entry via editing neither.
